Cancellations

Drop-in visits: free more than 24 hours ahead, 50% inside 24 hours. Overnights: free more than 7 days ahead. If we cannot get into your home or reach your pet at the scheduled time, the visit is charged in full.

Weekly plans

Billed automatically on the 1st of each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account in one tap. Up to 3 unused visits carry over (5 for VIP), and you can pause up to 2 months a year.

First-visit guarantee

If you are not happy with your first visit, tell us by text or email within 48 hours and we will refund that visit or credit it to your account, your choice. It applies to your first booked visit only, once per household.

If we miss a visit

If Hazel ever misses a scheduled visit, your next visit is free, plus $10 Hazel Cash.

Weather

In extreme heat, ice or storms, walks are shortened and play moves inside. Your visit is still a full 30 minutes.

Safety

We need to know about any bite history or health issues before the first visit. Dogs stay on a leash outside, and we never take your pet to a dog park unless you ask in writing.
